Good Morning - It's time to schedule our 4 Annual Spring Hike to Rainie Falls!!!

I love watching the Salmon and Steelhead as they fly up the falls. Its a great day hike just 2 miles down a moderately difficult trail along the beautiful Rogue River you will get to see a part of uncharted land as the trail winds through the Wild and Scenic Lower Rogue River. April 23 is a Saturday. We meet at " Lil-Pantry Market and Deli" in Merlin, @ 9:00 AM - Any one is welcome to come just bring a drink a snack or lunch and wear good shoes for hiking. Hope to see you then :)

Follow the road for about 15 miles to graves creek bridge. The trail head is on the west side of the bridge. Tip, do not park next to rock wall.

The event took place in 1922. The Almeda mine on the Rogue River employed close to 250 miners just south of Galice, Oregon. That spring, five miners decided to search for their own gold strike, and took off downriver to find their fortune. see more....

My plans this Christmas are much different and out of the ordinary this year. 

I believe that circumstance and timing shall we say "Circuming" a strange new word but lets go with it, It plays a major part in the outcome of our immediate and affects our life long term.

Ever since I learned about our Special Christmas Full Moon this year. I knew I want to get as close to it as I can...... So we are packed and ready to go. So we are heading up into the mountains to fully take in the magnificent closer to an otherwise crippled holiday for us.

The paradigm of change is upon us, think of a Paradigm Shift as a change from one way of thinking to another.
